A Collaborative Approach to Healing

How I work and why it matters

Healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. In my work, I create a compassionate space where your story is honored and you can show up exactly as you are.

I help people uncover and heal the unconscious patterns shaped by difficult relationships, trauma, and loss. These are the experiences that often show up later as depression, anxiety, disconnection, or uncertainty.

In our sessions, we’ll explore the connection between mind and body to access the deeper layers of your emotional and lived experience. Using somatics, symbolism, imagination, and meditation, we’ll bring awareness to the patterns that hold you back and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that need care.

My work goes beyond insight. Together, we’ll take steady, meaningful steps toward real, lasting change.

More about Evelyn

Like many others, I grew up wanting to make the world a better place. Over time, I realized my path to changing the world would be on an individual level. When I came to a turning point in my own life, searching for answers, I became fascinated with the idea of a “uiversal truth.” I didn’t know then that this search would guide me toward becoming a therapist. What I discovered is that while few universal truths exist, each person carries their own truth, longing to be seen, valued, and understood.

I believe one truth remains constant: love is the most powerful force available to us. It’s a source of healing, connection, and possibility. Love is not just a feeling. It is an active presence that helps us move through pain and step into change. In our work together, I offer care and compassion as you connect with this presence and allow it to support your healing.

The Heart of My Work

I bring my whole heart into this work. The space I hold with clients isn’t shaped by my training alone. It’s rooted in my own humanity, vulnerability, and lived experience.

I have a family, a history, flaws, and struggles of my own, all of which allow me to meet you with empathy and compassion. While our experiences may be different, know that I come to this work as a fellow human here to walk beside you as you find your way.

Outside of my practice, I find joy in nature, sewing, baking, running, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with my loved ones.  I’m drawn to the sky and all it holds. The ever enduring power of the sun, the warm light of sunrise and sunset, the soft flow of clouds, the glow of the moon, and the all peaceful transitions in between.
