Meet Your Therapist

Hi! I'm so glad you're here.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with a private practice offering Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Family Therapy, both in person and online. While this is my job, it's also something I feel deeply called to do. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I find so meaningful and continually inspiring.
I provide somatic and relational therapy to help people understand and change patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and disconnection. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as an essential part of the healing process. It's a space where deeper self-awareness can emerge and the conditions for lasting, meaningful change can exist.
If you feel disconnected from what you want or are unsure of how you feel, or you’re not even sure what you’re allowed to want anymore, I’m genuinely looking forward to supporting you as you come back into connection with yourself. I offer a space where you don’t have to earn care, where your feelings are welcomed and we move at a pace that feels safe in your body. My work is about helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and free from self-criticism.
Other Stuff About Me
Outside of my practice, I find joy in nature, sewing, baking, running, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with my loved ones. I’m drawn to the sky and all it holds. The ever enduring power of the sun, the warm light of sunrise and sunset, the soft flow of clouds, the glow of the moon, and the all transitions in between.

I've always wanted to make the world a better place. Over time, I realized my path to creating goodness in the world would be on a human level. When I came to a turning point in my own life, searching for answers, I became fascinated with the idea of a “universal truth.” I didn’t know then that this search would guide me toward becoming a therapist. What I discovered is that while few universal truths exist, each person carries their own personal truth, longing to be seen, valued, and understood.
I hold this personal truth dearly: love is the most powerful force available to us. It’s a source of healing, connection, and possibility. Love is not just a feeling. It is an active presence that helps us move through pain and step into the light. In our work together, I offer care and compassion as you connect with this presence and allow it to support your healing.
