I accept insurance through CDPHP and Aetna.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance.

What do the letters after your name mean?
LMHC-D stands for Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Diagnostic Privilege in New York. LMHC means I’m licensed to provide mental health counseling, including assessment and treatment. –D means I have additional training that allows me to formally diagnose mental health conditions.
In short, it reflects advanced education, supervised clinical experience, and state licensure to provide comprehensive mental health care.
What are your fees?
60 Minutes $150
90 Minutes $225
120 Minutes $300
Why would we meet for more than 60 minutes?
In general, the only reason the standard therapy hour exists is due to insurance reimbursement policies. However, it is often helpful to spend more time working on certain topics in order to complete an emotional task. If you’re working through something particularly complex or you prefer a more spacious pace, extended sessions can help maintain momentum and continuity.
How do I make an appointment?
The best way to get started is by booking a consultation here.
You can also call, text or email me to set up a time to chat
and schedule your first appointment
How often will we meet?
It depends! Many people prefer to meet every week or every other week. I usually start out meeting once a week and we will discuss changing our frequency as needed.
What are your specialties?
I specialize in Somatic Therapy and Family Therapy. I work with individual adults who have gained insight into why they struggle the way they do, but want to go deeper and change things on a nervous system level.
I work with teenagers and their families as they go through adolescence. At this stage in life, families often feel disconnected from each other. There's a push-pull dynamic that tends to cause further disconnection. When this happens, I help families find balance and reconnect.
