Common Questions
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes- I have openings for new clients on
Mondays and Tuesdays beginning in Januray, 2026.
Check back here for updated availability.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I am 100% remote. All sessions are conducted through my secure video platform. If you have more questions about virtual therapy, we can discuss this during our consultation.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept insurance through CDPHP and Aetna.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, I will help you get reimbursed for a portion of the fee. If you are in network with CDPHP or Aetna, my fees below will be fully covered, except for your co-pay
What are your fees?
60 Minutes $135
90 Minutes $195
120 Minutes $275
Why would we meet for more than 60 minutes?
In general, the only reason the standard therapy hour exists is due to insurance reimbursement policies. However, it is often helpful to spend more time working on certain topics in order to complete an emotional task. If you’re working through something particularly complex or you prefer a more spacious pace, extended sessions can help maintain momentum and continuity.
How do I make an appointment?
The best way to get started is by booking a consultation here.
You can also call, text or email me to set up a time to chat
and schedule your first appointment
How often will we meet?
It depends! Many people prefer to meet every week or every other week. I usually start out meeting once a week and we will discuss changing our frequency as needed.
What are your specialties?
I specialize in helping people overcome past wounds that are holding them back from building the life the truly want.
I support people living with depression, loneliness and anxiety that extends from trauma and the pain of feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
How long will it take to feel better?
Most people feel some relief pretty quickly. If you are looking for lasting change, expect to commit to 4 to 6 months. Some people move on after that and others stick with it for a year or longer. Having a reliable place to work on yourself can be a great part of your weekly routine.
